The guided visits are conceived so that each invited artist or specialist can reflect on the art works, photography and the theme of the contemporary city hoping to create a land of debate and critical thinking on current sensitivities.

Daniel Merle
Editor in Chief for supplements and Sunday magazine for La Nacion Newspaper. Professor of Photojournalism at TEA. He studied at Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Manuel Belgrano, and began his work in photojournalism in the 1970s. Since 1986, he works for the Reuters Agency , among other important institutions. He has received numerous awards.
Alberto Goldenstein
From 1980 to 1983 he studied at the New England School of Photography in Boston (USA). He participated in several workshops with Joel Meyerowits as well as seminars with MoMA curator, John Szarkowsky.
In 1991 he presented his first solo exhibition. In 1993 he received a Scholarship from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes, and since then has worked as a curator, teacher and artist.
In 1995 he created Fotogaleria del CC.Rojas and has directed ever since.
his work is part of major contemporary photography collections, such as Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, del Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Museo Castagnino-Macro (Rosario), Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA), and private collections.
Res
He was born on July 7th, 1957 in cordoba, Argentina. He studied Photography in Escuela de Arte Lino E. Spilimbergo (Cordoba, Argentina) and in in The Lake House, Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (Mexico D.F,). He also graduated with a Bachelor in Economy from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (Mexico D.F) and has a Masters in Art and Communication from the European Graduate School in Switzerland.
Since 1993 his done numerous solo exhibitions in Argentina and abroad. In In 2003 the Museum of Caraffa Emilio Cordova organized an anthology of his work and in 2009 the Sala Cronopios (CC Recoleta) presented a major retrospective on his work . From 1978 to the present he has participated in more than 50 collective exhibitions in various countries. He has received numerous awards and scholarships (FNA and Fundación Antorchas, among others) and his work has been published in the national and international media.
Juan Travnik
He was born in Buenos Aires in 1950. He began studying photography in 1966. In 1970 he started to work as a photojournalist and in 1978 expanded towards commercial photography . Over the years he has developed an extensive career in teaching. He is a founding member of the Argentine Council of Photography. Since 1998, he leads The Photo Gallery at the San Martin Theatre and in 2001, he created the Space Theater Fotográfico de la Ribera, both in Buenos Aires. His been a member of the Austral Light Foundation since 1999. He has participated in numerous meetings and international festivals. He is also an essayist and independent curator.
Eduardo Gil
Visual Artist, curator and teacher. He has presented solo exhibitions in Latinamerica, Europe, United States and Australia. His work is part of major collections, such as the Museo de Bellas Artes and de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires; Brooklyn Museum, Nueva York; Museo de Arte Moderno, Río de Janeiro; Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; Museo de Bellas Artes, Caracas; Museo Castagnino+macro, Rosario, Bibliothèque nationale de France; Museo de Arte, Lima; Casa de las Américas, La Habana; IVAM Institut Valencià d’Art Modern, UNAM and Centro de la Imagen de México, etc.
Gabriel Valansi
Lives and works in Buenos Aires. He teaches Audiovisual Design and Expressive media for the Graphic Design, Image Design and Sound Design Majors in the University of Buenos Aires. His work is part of private and public collections. His is a consulting member for the Photographic collection at the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires. In 2033 he received the Artist of the year award from the Asociación de Criticos de Arte. This same entity considers his exhibition Abstract (Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires) the best multimedia show of 2005. He also received the "Leonardo" award from the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes.
Facundo de Zuviría
Argentine. Lives in Buenos Aires. He specialized on architectural photography and urban-views. He has focused his personal work in the city and in developing a personal photographic language through books and alternative media. He has exhibited his work in museums around the country, in the San Pablo and the Mercosur Biennale, in Photo Spain and in the Mois of Photography in Paris, as well as many major galleries in Europe and America. His work is part of private and public collection in Argentina and abroad. He has five published books on his work. The last one was a joint publication with artist Horacio Copolla on the City of Buenos Aires. He has been invited to participate in this years´ Septiembre Fotografico in Mexico, D.F.
Marcos López
Born in Santa Fe in 1985. While studying engineering he became increasingly interested in photography, and in 1982 he decides to make his photography his chosen profession. His been participant of several workshops along with prestigious argentinean and foreign photographers.
He has made several individual shows and has participated in several collective exhibitions in important local and international contemporary art institutions.
His work is part of important collections such as the Fundación Constantini (MALBA), Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (MNCARS). Museo del Barrio de Nueva York, and the Museum of Fine Arts de Houston. His publications include: “Retratos”, ”Pop Latino” and “El jugador”.
