For this new edition of the Night of Museums, Proa will take part in this great cultural event that reunites 13 museums and art spaces in the neighborhood of La Boca. In this opportunity, Proa will be open until 00hs and will offer a special program of educational activities, exhibitions, its bookstore and café.
The public will be able to visit Las Pampas: Art and Culture in the 19th Century all night and inquire the educators, who will be available in the exhibition galleries at all times. RAM, the series of site-specific interventions by artists Verónica Di Toro, Marcolina Dipierro, Lucio Dorr and Mariano Ferrante, is still being held at Proa’s Contamporary Space.
Our Café will remain open and visitors will be able to enjoy a night view of Vuelta de Rocha and the Avellaneda Bridge from the terrace. The bookstore will also be open until midnight, displaying novelties as well as Proa’ s publications, to browse and purchase.
Besides Fundación Proa, the La Boca´s circuit of museum and art spaces will include 12 other venues:
